Elementary

Grades 1 - 5 are very exciting years.  HF students will expand on the academic foundations that they established in their earlier years and improve their reading, writing, and math skills.   Here at Holy Family we foster a love of learning along with a love of God and respect for others.  We participate in social-emotional learning activities to practice skills of compassion, empathy, friendship, teamwork, respect, and kindness.

Students will become more experienced writers and readers by practicing and building on their literacy skills which start to involve critical thinking.  They will build a strong number sense and problem solving strategies in math.  Students will investigate and discover the world they live in.
